Advances in Spectral Imaging Technologies for Food Integrity Analysis – FREE Simultaneous English/Chinese Webinar
We are excited to announce that Videometer will be holding a webinar on recent advancements in spectral imaging for food applications, as a part of the DiTECT project. The simultaneous English/Chinese learning session is open and free to everyone who wants to learn how the latest technology can innovate food value chain processes.
The DiTECT project brings key stakeholders from China and the European Economic Area to collaborate on how to advance food analysis with a focus on quality and sustainability. For the past two years, this EU-funded project has allowed for enhanced cooperation.
Videometer – as a DiTECT partner – provides spectral imaging technology and know-how to further investigate how rapid methods can improve quality control processes. The VideometerLab instrument used in this research can analyze samples in a non-destructive manner using multiple wavelengths to ensure robust results.
Do you want to know how to detect scorched particles in milk powder? How to assess microbiological growth in meat products? How to measure corn adulteration?
You will find those answers, among other interesting examples, during the free learning session on Wednesday, March 22, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM (CET). Sign up and join the EU-China-safe DiTECT Webinar: Advances in Spectral Imaging Technologies for Food Integrity Analysis!
We are looking forward to having you attend the learning session!
