We are excited to join again the ANUGA FoodTec conference in Cologne, Germany. This global food fair focuses on the whole food supply chain and aims to innovate it with the latest technologies. This year it will be held between April 26th-29th, with over 1500 exhibitors – making it the largest food conference in the world.

Our company will be represented by CEO, Jens Michael Carstensen and Product Developer, Aske Schultz Carstensen. During these days, the capabilities of the VideometerLab along with the latest addition to the product portfolio – VideometerLite – will be shown.
Videometer is working on developing powerful solutions for quality control and inspection in food & feed. With our instruments, you can distinguish food product features that would otherwise be indistinguishable by the naked eye only. The technology is non-destructive, documented, and objective.
Our company has been aiding the seed and grain industry for over a decade. VideometerLab with Autofeeder allows our customers to automatically feed a larger seed or grain sample for quality inspection. This process optimization is widely used to check the quality of granular products by their purity or health.
Videometer can also successfully analyze and measure, for example – oxidation in milk powder, hazelnut roasting quality, color formation in fermented sausage, seafood glazing, or color changes in chocolate.
Furthermore, Videometer will present two EU-supported projects that the company is part-taking in. Foremost, DiTECT focuses on transforming and enhancing food safety. Whereas TraceMyFish aims towards better traceability and monitoring throughout the fish value chain.
