Videometer greenhouse phenotyping at IPPS 2019

The University of Copenhagen Phenolab facility was presented by Professor Thomas Roitsch at the 6th International Plant Phenotyping Symposium
from 22-26 October, 2019 in Nanjing, China. The facility applies Videoometer spectral imaging technology for imaging and phenotying plants in an automated growth cell. Reflectance as well as fluorescence images are acquired in ultra violet (UV), visual range and near infrared (NIR). The enables simultaneous mapping of chlorophyll abundance and chlorophyll fluorescence and provides a direct path to rapid assessment of fluorescence yield and photosynthetic activity.
